Massage Approach

My sessions blend Swedish, deep tissue, and acupressure techniques, dependent on your goals and preferences. My approach is deeply influenced by fascial bodywork and cranio-sacral therapy, resulting in a slow, precise style of work that gradually eases into the appropriate amount of pressure to restore tissue fluidity while inviting the body into deep relaxation.

Complimentary Enhancements (Optional)

Cupping Therapy

Gentle suction helps encourage circulation, decompress tight tissue, support fascial release, and improve mobility. Depending on your needs and preferences, cupping may be applied statically, dynamically (with movement), or incorporated alongside gua sha techniques. I’ll always check in throughout the session to ensure you feel comfortable. Temporary marks may appear after treatment and typically fade within a few days.

Weighted Blanket

Provides gentle, calming pressure to promote relaxation and help your body settle into a deeper state of rest.

Aromatherapy

Pure essential oils are thoughtfully selected to enhance relaxation, uplift the senses, or create a grounding experience.

BioMat

Each session is enhanced with the use of the BioMat, an FDA-cleared infrared therapy device. The BioMat combines far-infrared heat, negative ions, and layers of amethyst crystals to gently warm the body and support deep relaxation.

Far-infrared warmth penetrates more deeply than traditional surface heat, helping to encourage circulation, ease muscle tension, and support the body’s natural recovery processes. The amethyst crystals help amplify the infrared energy while the negative ions promote a calming effect on the nervous system, creating a deeply restorative foundation for your massage.

If you prefer not to feel the warmth, the heat can be turned off or set to the lowest setting (95°F), which is barely noticeable while still allowing you to receive the benefits of the negative ions and the amethyst and tourmaline crystals
